Pre-ride warm-up. 15 minutes of functional movement and activation to get set for your daily ride
9:30 am- 1:30 pm: rides can go longer or shorter based on ability and desire
Ride with a group and leader that challenges, but doesn’t overwhelm you. Multiple ride leaders will allow an A, B or C group to form to suit everyone's needs. Route options are abundant and beautiful from gently rolling to HC climbs. Rides are fully supported with a SAG vehicle and food and fluids prepared by our Registered Dietitian. Finish the ride with a post workout shake to begin recovering for your next ride.
Post ride cool-down, recovery and flushing massage. Take a break when you're done until we get together again at 4.
Daily workshop. Topics include: nutrition, sports psychology, pilates/yoga/weight training, and more.
Dinner and chat with Eric Heiden, one of our expert staff or special guests with topics including competing at the top level in sport, the athlete’s heart, training program design and more.
